    But generic .rel ports are better overall since they have functional articles, unlike most PSA ports.

    After looking into Ike module a bit more, I can see why Phantom Wings chose Ike over lets say Lucario.
    Ike is one of the few that actually has all his article data in his own module, rather then having some located in the sora_melee module (making patching such character modules that much harder).

    so what other characters have that besides ike? is it the ones liek marth purin and mk? or is it other ones that are not what i said?

    I'm subbing too, though I don't know PPC ASM yet.

    I want to learn how to make more generic.rel files like the one Phantom Wings made for Ike.
    it's easy to find the Module ID on each character Module, have found all of them everytime
    but each Character ID (to articles) is a hell to find D:
    Pikazz, we don't even know which file would trigger the sudden death bombs.

    Maybe start smaller by modding something that we know which file(s) to look in to?

    Can we try to say, gather more data on how stage module files store and organize their hitboxes?
    I saw sora_melee has suddendeath so I looking in there first.
    and I believe I know what I should change to pokeball

    but hm, the hitboxes is a other thing :/
    yes. i support this. i have been wanting moduel files to be explored. imagine if we could make ssbb like street fighter or mortal kombat Cheesy

    plus the fact porting characters could be done easiyer if a program is made
    to make a program for that would be extremly hard and take alot of time Im srs here

    have looked into articles in sora_melee and will scout when I see it's portable like genelic ike

    Btw, I believe I have found something in modules o.o
    but I will not tell you until I have test it, I really hope it works

    also, I mailed PhantomWings about this thread and I hope he can leave us some notes about modules or a response :3

    gah! I feeling miseble ;_;

    I can't get my rel to work, not even PW's generic Ike and I am very positive and sure how to make ganon generic.
    but I would like some help to test from anyone who have succeesed with PW's generic ike :/

    I could test it, but you have to know this beforehand.
    Creating a generic module may seem easy, but you need to edit A LOT of offsets in the module due to adding those few lines of ASM.

    if you add just one byte, you have to change all the offset and string offset to correct those. that's why I just replacing for now with same amount byte that I took away

    I will send you a NTCS-U changed Ganon.rel for test and I will give you what offset you must change if the character I suggest didn't work
