    If you really don't need Kirby, sadly he cannot be replace via port..but you can disable him for the CSS. If you use a CSS V3 code, you can ether use value 28 or FF to remove Kirby, but he'll still be accessible in some 1P modes and Tournament...

    Let me know if you need help with editing the CSS code...

    or you could open the css in the css organizer and change his height/width to zero

    NOTE: if you select random it can still pic him

    That is true as well, therefore you can edit the Custom Random code to remove Kirby and have it pick someone else....

    since you can't port over him. i guess he'll say in the game. but i'll find a kirby psa so he doesn't have the same moves.
