first you need fireworks so if you dont have that then to bad
-open you csp in freworks
-click on it so that it is selected if it is not already
-go to the bottem and the should be thing that looks like a + with a tiny arrow next to it, click it
-then go to "shadow and glow"-"glow" and there should be a red glow around the csp choose what color you want it to be and all that other stuff
-save and your done
