You saw some rumors floating around the forums regarding Project F.D.. Well, here's the first fruits of the labor. Stickman and I (Jack H.) have been working together on a stage hack for nearly 2 weeks now. Testing countless amounts of times for results finally yielded the answer we wanted: Complete removal of polygons. The platforms are no longer tangible.P.F.D=The attempt to level out stages to feel more like Final Destination, since F.D. has an exceptional ability to be a very "neutral" playing field. We'll have more up by New Years. In the meantime, we hand you this PAC file in hopes that some sweet F.D. stage textures get applied. We're excited to see what you can come up with. 'Nuff blabb'n. Here's the pics. DOWNLOAD Final Battlefield

Awesome. This would probably make Multiman Brawl easier too, if the stage hack applied to that. lol @ Wario in the last pic.

Sweet! Although I would also prefer to use the other cool stages floating around rather than another FD, this is still awesome because: Complete removal of polygons. The platforms are no longer tangible.
The implications of this are likely to be extremely awesome. Jack and Stickman, please elaborate on what exactly this entails!

Is there going to be a update on link to remove the graphic glitch? I really need it. Also this stuff looks GREAT! Leave that to Pik, or Jack H. I'm sure one of them will get to it. I have no idea where those extra lines come from. They only disappear if I get rid of the entire polygon, even if I completely remove the BeltM vertice. (I've tried BodyM too) Hopefully I can get rid of them with this polygon remover thing, instead of just repositioning it. Or maybe Jack knows something I don't.

Well, I think that the complete removal of polygons is something really amazing... but it's just normal to have people who like this update and people who don't. There will always be people who prefer playing one on one in final destination without items and people who prefer items and/or not completely flat stages
I personally think this update is great, I'll be waiting to see what else you come up with... but making many stages as flat as final destination... that doesn't sound interesting.

I have a problem to place. Saddle-less Yoshi really causes some big problems. I tried it, and his eye and other body parts are gigantic and it slows down the game.

Thanks for pointing this out. Can you give me a brief rundown of all the other things that you were applying along with it? (stage, music, amt of players, other pre-hexed pac players or not, etc)

Maybe you could make a stage that's just the bottom part of Temple?
