I mean there is like tons of .rel on the vault but why does mine get deleted? For example I uploaded Melee Roy Over Lucas. Then the next day it got deleted. Can someone tell me why? And yes it said .rel ports are forbidden in the message they sent me. It also said its forbidden and I can't find it in the rules.

    Because .rel ports are strictly banned from the Vault.

    lol yeah he does but just a question if u .rel a character over somebody and they have
    problems and glitches but u fix them is that against the rules still just wondering

    1. Unless MAJOR changes are made to a port, like changed moves and all that. It won't be allowed.
    2. They have to add a readme with ALL changes made, so we can check and make sure we got a valid port.
    3. AND the NEED permissions from ALL the original creators!!

    If it doesn't meet these requirements, it's deleted.
