    All righty...
So I semi-recently bought a capture card. Hooray!
Unfortunately, I cannot hook the thing up correctly; all I've got are AV cords that are 1-way: from the Wii, to the capture card (which hooks to the PC).

    I need some pointers.
What certain accessories do you all use to hook up your capture cards? I've seen a couple of YT videos, and noted there are a variety of tools... Just wanted to know what you all used that was effective. Smiley
(Got a Dazzle, by the way.)

well, i just unplug the avi cords straight out of the tv and plug em into my dazzle, and then go into pinnacle and record off this tiny-ass screen and vua-lah a video is made (otherwise you can buy duo avi cords* and plug them from your dazzle into the back of your tv into the "monitor output" or sumtin like dat)

*both ends of the cords are avi plugins

Yeah, so far that's the only thing I can do... However, the video tends to lag in places when I'm battling (sometimes for several seconds), so it's hard to battle blind. >_>

I'm told that it's a simple matter to use Y-splitters to direct the Wii's AV output to both the television and the capture card.  I suppose something like this could be used for just that purpose.
