    Terra and Aqua are 75% complete. Got them working in game, set the model changers.

    Ven on the other hand is like 55% complete. I got him working in game too but he needs some more animations.

    Luffy over ROB isn't working in game. He needs to be rerigged for that, so we can't put Luffy over ROB.

    I think I'll just continue with the Marth port for the main time. When there's a V2, we can then put him over someone else.

    Or I'll try and get him to work over someone else.

    Well take sfx into account for if we do port him o-o. Also its possible to port over rob, his bonetree is just set up differently then everyone else's. But I need rob's slot in the future anyway. Marth is fine, as we can just use Vis0 instead of model changers anyway.

    That must be why I cant get anyone to work over ROB.

    I did get Luffy working over Diddy Kong... I've fixed the bone references and there doesnt seem to be any issues as of yet.

    I'll still make the pac file over both Diddy and Marth just in case.

    Well there's still going to be the Marth port. He doesn't seem to have any GFX so there won't be glitches.

    Also do you mind sending me the time skip costume you have? I like that one better.

    So I started Luffy's PSA over Marth seeing as he only has 1 gfx.

    On another note. Some BBS updates. I finished their models and I'm PSa'ing them all now. Not ready for in game screens yet though.







    In the KH2 secret trailer, they all had capes. So I decided to add the capes to all the models. They are all rigged to wind bones so the flow. They look pretty good.

    The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/

    If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

    Yeah I used his hat and hair bones. For Aqua, I even rigged the side thingies on her hips to move with the wind.

    Thats Ven's Keyblade he is gripping.

    They start out normal, but by using a taunt they transform into the armored version. Slightly upping their knockback.

    If they receive more damage, they lose their helmet but still stay armored.
