My first texture hack and PSA character, I have no Wii at the moment, so I don't even know how the texture looks in game and would appreciate if someone could post a picture or vid of the texture and moveset. This is not done yet, but I just wanted to post what I have for now.
I need to type less cause my page always times out on me (Third time now), this time I'm doing this is segments.

Waritoad is the moveset swap of Wario utilizing Bowsers build and animations, all his cosmetics have been changed, so he dosen't feel much like bowser. His movement on ground is him hopping like a frog and he swims when in the air. Simple animation switching, is all that is.
Waritoad is at his best in the air, his mobility in the air is by far greater than on the ground, he is floaty and nimble, but his attacks don't pack much puch. His attacks on the ground are sluggish and clumsy, yet powerful. He has amazing jumping abilities, and an interesting form of defense.

 His defense ( via shield release) involves him creating a sound wave and becoming intangible for a bit, while that's a nice advantage, it doesn't come with out cost. Not only does the shield release that initiates the intangibility hurt wario with 3 dmg, he also virtually has no shield to protect him, and once his shield breaks he goes the way of the jiggly puff and dies instantaneously.

His most noticeable attacks are his forward smash, up special, and Forward air.

Forward air:
(uses Attack Dash animation) it's a simple move and it comes out quick, it's greatest trait is that Waritoad gains amazing Horizontal distance and it has no landing lag.

Forward Smash: (uses Attack Dash animation) Is a move that's damage relies heavily on distance, the closer you are to the opponent the lower the damage is dealt. The farthest away you are from the opponent, nearly missing the hit, causes far more damage and knock back.

Up Special:   (uses Item Assist animation) Creates a sound wave and gives waritoad unbelievable vertical distance when pressed repeatedly at the start of a jump.

Specials: Right now he only has one kind of special, and it's mapped to all his special commands, the only thing that doesn't seem to work is his side special ( waritoad freezes in place when it's used, I need to fix that). I'll make more specials when I get a bit of down time. But I'll be working virtually blind so i'll need feed back on what does and doesn't work.

Here is a list of the most noticeable animation changes on Waritoad:
-LIST-
Wait1: is his Win 3 wait animation
Wait2: is his Win 2 wait animation
Wait3: is his Win 1 wait animation

His walk slow and walk middle animations: are his Swim Drown animations.
His walk fast, run, and dash animations: are all Bowser's Dash attack animations. ( to give him that hoping like a frog feel)
His crouching animations: remain the same.
All his Jumping animations: are his Swim, Swim turn and SwimF animations.
His Falling animations: are his ItemScrew Fall animations. ( used to be drown out but... that caused allot of stage issues, particularly in Delphino Plaza, but it still acts strangely in that stage so... I might change it)
 His forward Smash: and forward air utilize the same animation ( bowsers dash)
His up smash: is his Win 3 animation (I still need to fix up the hit boxes sizes, cause I made the ones on the side a little too small)
His down smash: uses his getup attack animation.
His forward tilt and standard combo: is still the same ( I need to alter what bone the hit box is generated on)
His up tilt: is bowser's up air animation.
His down tilt: is bowser's Back air landing animation ( need to state that only waritoads back causes damage)
His down air: is now bowser's Down smash animation.
His back air: is now Bowser's Escape air animation ( to add confusion, since his escape air animation is still the same)
His up air: is Bowser's Up smash ( I gave it half the power of the up smash with a tweek in it's hit box that makes it so only his back causes damage)
His throws are all changed.
Up throw: is Item Assist animation. ( I'm thinking of changing it)
Down throw: is Item Screw animation again but it's faster. ( I need to make it have a loop of successive hit boxes to cause multiple hits)
His back throw: is his Back air animation ( looks like a back drop)
His forward throw: uses his Smash throw animation ( trophy stand toss in SSE)
His taunts are changed.
Up taunt: is one of his win animations ( I think it's his Win 1 Wait animation)
Side taunt: is Win 2 Wait animations
Downtaunt: Right is Super mushroom animation
Downtaunt: Left is poison mushroom animation
His Item hold: animation is also his Item Assist animation.

I believe that's most of the most noticeable animation changes, I wanted to try my hand at creating my own custom animations, but I can't get my Brawl Box to Preview Model's. Cry

EDIT: The fix works, but it might be the cause of freezing problems as well. I'm not so sure till someone test the original .pac before the fix.

It might be because I changed allot of the special list after 117 to his side B. Sad Must fix the fix Laugh

    This Is Very Cool. I was actually a little freaked out when i saw it. got scared when he started moving. But VERY VERY Cool. Cant W8 to see more of his moves. Good Luck on The Rest Of his Moves. Might Wanna Increase the power of his Only special right now.

    Yes the Texture Looks Fine. Looks Very Cool. Kinda funny tho becuzz you have the wario man cape and u can still see his cape. You should make it Red becuase bowser is the koopa king and and waritoad would look more amusing.

    For a Neutral B Special, You should have Bowsers Neutral B but instead of Fire, It Could Be the Wario Farts. which you could Call Ransid Breath. Just a suggestion.

    Hilarious Idea, I had thought of that, but I didn't want him to have the exact same animation for it so I skipped the idea. Not only that, but Bowsers specials are wierd. Nothing is where it usually is. I have a link here that might have fixed the side B freezing up Waritoad, I don't know if it works But just try it out. It's in the original post.

    Very nice attack hack. when I first saw him I thought he went a round with the torture device that stretches your limbs ._. but other than that he's really cool.

    your side B fix worked btw. at least for me.

    Two bugs I did notice however: Whenever you shield, attempt to roll, spot dodge, or grab, it freezes the game. Good luck with the attack hack however Cheesy been dying for a wario attack hack for too long.

    It freezes!? That's weird. Before I went away from my Wii, I Tested his basics like rolling and dodgeing, and they worked fine. I'll look In PSA and see if the new fix is what causes the freezing. Cause before the fix, he worked fine. I'll see what I can do. Sad Downlad the first one before the fix and see if it freezes as well please Thank you.

    Do you have any pictures of him?  I think you should get some, so we can know what to expect.  Overall though it sounds interesting, if incomplete.

    Right now, it's just GFX and what it does (which is still pretty good).

    This makes me wanna try it, which I think I will now.

    Swimming on land is always win.

    To preview a model, you need to have Brawlbox...v.060 or higher, I think. Then go to a char's costume file (FitWario00, for example), go to Model Data [ 0 ]->3D Models [NW4R]->FitWario00 and press ctrl+p.

    If you've already done all of that, then...I guess you can't preview.

    The first download freezes as well.

    Other than that, some issues I noticed were:
    -hitboxes don't match up (I'm sure you'll fix it) on most A moves
    -The standing animation doesn't flow well into other animations, making everything else look abrupt
    -he jumps too high.
    -his crouch damages (but that's probably intentional)
