No. RSB4 acts just as same as the RSBE.

one question, can you swap those 2 IN GAME?
i mean in a match? like at the first 2 minutes you are fighting from the first folder, pressing start and R+L and when continue the match as another character?

No.  But i wouldnt see the point in doing that since you will probably get a random character.

Anyways i was looking at another code that lets you transform into another character while you are in a match.
For example:  Lets say you are FitGanon00, you can transform into FitGanon02.
the thing about that code is that I would have to set up 5 different combination buttons, (one for every slot)
which i dont know if anyone will memorize lol.
once i get the patch code working the way i want it too, ill play around with that other code.

i dont use riivo so idk
it should though all you need is the xml thingy
honestly i dont even know if riivo uses the original file patch code

anyways ive managed to changed the button combinations for the GCC
now it will use X+Y instead of R+L

GREAT NEWS GUYS:  I have managed to add support for the wiimote and the nunchuck!!!

Dowload SJS CSS collection, he has one in the vault. Its somewhat recently.

anyways i was experimenting around and i was able to get 3 folders working but its not working the way i want it to

so ill probably post up the one with 2 folders and wiimote, nunchuck etc. and get back to the extra folders when I think of something

Fixed all bugs
codes at OP include support for wiimote, wiimote+nunchuck, gamecube controller.
I would love to get someone to make a video for this just to show how powerful the code is, but dont know if we should wait til we get more features.

well i was looking at deathwolfs code but the way he has got it set up you need to have 4 different combinations to get to the 4 different folders
-I think the best way would be just one set of combinations and letting that set swap you through all the folders
he also added a code that lets you raise the volume of the music anywhere
-its a cool feature but i would rather have the availability of switching music during a match

anyways since he dont stop here match i may contact him outside for these small requests
in the meanwhile when i have a chance ill try to figure out the extra folders thingy

hm. not working for me. odd. i was using wiimote and nunchuck. it doesnt work. when i ahve the code active, it jsut freezes games afte rmatches. doesn teven load the other css screen. odd
