Photoshop for most of the editing and all the indexing, then Gimp for transparency's and minor editing.

i use all three paint.net texture hacking gimp for indexing and I use photoshop sometimes for indexing or indexing specific tga's like mk eye.

I use Photoshop for almost everything, but I use Paint.NET for transparencies. My version of Photoshop doesn't have anything involving alpha channels.

I use Pain.net for textures. And Gimp for indexed textures and CSP's.

I use Gimp. I don't really want to buy photoshop and Paint.NET doesn't seem to work :| It's very odd.
