Luigi's mansion and mushroomy kingdom freeze the game.

I've been getting this for months now and I even took off the hacked stage files that are over mushroomy kingdom and luigi's mansion and there own rel files too AND they still freeze. The rest of the other stages work fine and I'm using Gecko btw. Before the freezing stuff happened, mushroomy kingdom and luigi's mansion worked perfectly fine when using a hacked stage and then all the sudden, it started to freeze the game whenever I select either both of them.

I have the same issue and, you know what, even with a non hacked brawl (but with a downloaded 100% complete file save). It happens because of some musics. I don't know precisely what's wrong, but this problem is due to musics, i'm 99% sure of this.
So i don't play these 2 stages anymore as i don't know how to fix it.

If this is right... Have you ever tried to change their music in My Music?.... If it freezes in that place too, then maybe the solution is this:

wow! they work perfectly fine now and none of that annoying freezing sound anymore, thanks man
