Author Topic: New True "King of Evil" Ganondorf PSA! Help Wanted!  (Read 2406 times)

Hey everyone, we have recently been in touch with some of the best Ganondorf PSA makers on this site and are thinking of starting a super collaboration with other animators, move creators, and tinkerers to make a Ganondorf PSA that will give him only a few extra moves/abilities but make him a quality representation of what he actually can do in Ocarina of Time during his fight with Link. Here is what we have so far and/or want to get help creating...

1.) The ability to downTaunt to gain his sword in hand. Should just affect his standard A moves/smashes and be inconsequential to his other moves. < (THIS HAS BEEN DONE)

2.) *Have his aerial SmashDownA be his "slam-fist-into-ground-create-shockwave" move. < (ANIMATED, but needs move programming/visual FX/SFX in PSAeditor.)*

3.) Have his Melee dash/run so he doesn't look so slow and stiff < (THIS HAS BEEN DONE)

4.) **Have low gravity for his Jumps and a terminal velocity of ZERO so that he jumps up and can stay up at will and float about freely. < (THIS IS DONE)**

4.) ***Have his standard aerial B be his "charge-electric-ball/throw-electric-ball" move using the SuperScopeBall. Similar to Mewtwo/Lucario, except charge it up in one hand above his head like OoT. < (NOT DONE, NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET)***

** For this idea of a true KoE Ganondorf, we do really believe he should have the ability to float at will, which potentially can be seen by some to make him very "cheap" and unbalanced, but in the reality of Ganondorf's video game existence, this is his true ability; and with his primarily close-range move-set and slow attacks he will still need to return down to the ground to fight anyways and he is, indeed, just as killable. We have already tested this out extensively and seeing Ganondorf flying around doesn't seem out of the norm at all and is just funny.

*** With the above mentioned Float/Anti-gravity ability, his "electric-ball-charge-attack" would be able to be charged and thrown multiple times while in the air "falling." The catch here is that he doesn't fall (unless you slam down on the control stick or use the "slam-fist-into-ground" or DownB "Low Kick".)

We will keep in touch with this post and still have some updates to add to it regarding other members that have created the Ganon PSA's that already contain some of the above mentioned moves or things similar.

KingJigglypuff's DarkLordGanondorf PSA is one of the top of my head I can think of that has a lot of good material in it.

Hopefully there are a lot of you interested in this project out there and we hope to finish this ASAP!

*This link here is for the PSA "Ganondorf - Better representation" by BronzeGreekGod that has the exact aerial DownA "slam-fist-into-ground-create-shockwave" move that we want to implement into this new King of Evil PSA. Anyone who is reading this and is interested in this project please check this out.

We have tried multiple times to add just that move (via copy and paste in PSAeditor) from BronzeGreekGod's PSA into both Tloz's "Darknut Sword, no animation hack" PSA (http://www.mediafire.com/?nzza2wmwybh) and into Eldiran's "Sword Ganondorf" PSA (http://www.mediafire.com/?zdmwjnhjzmy) but each time we have done something wrong as the game freezes when you hover over Ganondorf on the Character Selection screen.

Hopefully this can be implemented by someone with more knowledge of PSA editing.

Thanks to Tloz and BronzeGreekGod and all of their credits for whats been put in so far.

Also I woke up this morning with another idea.... Perhaps Ganondorf's final smash would give him the ability to fly/float (until he is killed)??? Instead of him always being able to do so...

Started some of my best animations and they look very smooth in game. Seriously some of my best work. Moveset in my thread in my OP. If you like pm me and I'll send. I cannot PSA.
