    Ok now. A lot of group have been made by me and they all seemed to have failed drasticly! I relized most of my team mates were NSTC-U, and that made most of our hacks fail!

    I am now making a team for PAL hackers! So if you not PAL then you can't join!
    I need experienced hackers for this and all to be PAL hackers.

    What I need in my team!


    °CSP and CSS icon Makers! 0/5

    °Textures editors/makers. 1/5

    °PSAers and motion creator/editors 0/5

    °Music and SFX makers + Info2 name makers. 0/5

    °Text designers. 0/5

    °Stage and Icon makers. 0/5

    °BP and CSS background designers! 0/5

    So if you want to Join please do, I need help with hacks

    ...you realize you'd need at least one guy to convert codes, right?

    Half the normal stuff isn't that hard to convert to PAL, anyway.

    I agree with LC-DDM.
    All my PSA / Moveset hacks are made from NTSC-US files, then i release both a NTSC-US and a PAL version of my hacks. This is just a copy/past of modified content from NTSC-US files into PAL files. Of course more work and time is needed when the right sounds have to be found as they don't have the same ID.

    Not entirely. If a PSA or moveset can be made then prove it! I also can't use sound for a hacked character! So PALs SFX is beyond my knowledge to make!

    its basely just sound codes in PSA
    and brsar files that needed for make stuff to pal
    beside why not use this for use all hacks even on PAL wii:
    USA SSBB iso+Usb loader(that support codes from gecko OS or just the gct files)+wiiscrub for replace the brsar file only

    or just use emulator

    kinda a  waste of time to port to pal
    if even us in Europa can use the USA version of SSBB disc

    I have no working emulator. I can't use iso + I use riivolution
    anyone can use iso just download them via torrent
    this project is kinda waste of time if there is methods for PAL wiis/wii Us to use NSTC-U version of brawl
    and work 100% like as if it was a real NSTC-U Disc with a NSTC-U wii/wii U (without emulator)

    i just saying there is a 100% more easyer way to use SFX hacks/codes/rels files on PAL wiis then porting them to PAL SSBB
    since anyone can do it even on wii Us and even without emulator

    Why is this all about SFX?
    it's because it is the only thing in PSA that are NTCS/PAL exclusive, they dont have same sound index but you can have a NTCS PSA in PAL game.

    the only thing that gets me in mind that are version exclusive is rel files, soundbrres, some SSE levels and possible sc_selchar stuff

    i am not trying to brainwash anyone

    i am trying to make ppl to use they´s common sense
    who will use alot of Hours/days/weeks for porting?
    if there is a method to use the hacks on a PAL wii that take afew mins to do and anyone with a wii/wii U can do it
    so it feels like as if you have ported all Hacks to PAL
    without do any work on them

    but since its possible to edit the iso(mainly for SFX hacks until file patcher v4 is made),use USB loaders and ntsc iso on a PAL wii/wii U
    and without needing emulator
    its kinda waste of time to port the hacks
