    if you look closely at the chest there is a slit on the right side, there is one on both side I just have to fix the lighting in 3ds, but it's on both side. I have yet to add the specs. it will come in two versions one with see through visor (visible face) that turns into battle visor for final smash eyes. and one with battle visor. the head belongs to zss from the actual game other m.

    has wooden shield, and early stages of both his bow and the goddess sword. still have to fix the rigs in some areas as well as fixing other stuff before he can be released.

    the head model isn't transparent the visor is, and if that's what you were talking about then yes i still have to work on the visor. it is too transparent. i was able to get it transparent and it was kind of late so i posted what i had and went to sleep.

    SAMUS
    rig is incomplete
    IN GAME PREVIEWS(SSB WII U)

    first two shows difference in textures with lighting
    last two shows the absence of the brawl gun that was present in the current other m samus in the vault.
    looks better in game because of the shine effects, way better. these are pics using pic converter and wii.
    still need to add glow effects to the lights

    Thanks and yes if you could take pics that would be nice. I will let you know when I need some.

    MORE SAMUS PROGRESS
    (glow effect added)
    IN GAME PREVIEWS(SSB WII U)

    now has glow effect for

    -morph ball (fourth pic)
    -gun (third pic)
    -body lights (first to third)

    and as soon as I get the transparency working a portion of the visor will also have the glow effect so it can glow and her face can be seen if possible. if that doesn't work I may have to go with just texture edit for see through version and just glow for battle version.

    But what about the holes on the knees ?
    that's due to the rigging, I haven't completed it yet. what's suppose to be there is there it's just needs proper rigging, I am switching through max and my game to test it.

    when I first started the model went way over filesize, 3000+. managed to get it a little over 1000. so I am limiting and getting rid of things that won't be seen.

    after I am finished getting rid of and limiting these things I will save it as a backup to replace the textures, shaders, and material of the new one when I complete the rig.

    (1) also if filesize allows it i will add extra bones to the gun of the model. the inside of the gun has lights that i plan to show off during attacks, taunts, and the final smash. if i am successful it will look similiar to this.

    (2) if i can beat filesize for her i will show zss in game progress. if i can't lower filesize i will show a poor quality model. if i can't beat filesize before i finish varia samus the final product will not have a few things like moving eyes and expressions.

    I really like how this samus is going so far, but in my opinion you should make a non visible samus head on visor version, with this youll have more space for the FS gun, or if you have tons of polys/objects you can merge some which shares the same texture to gain more filesize for the visible samus version.
    Remember tons of polygons/objects in BB makes bigger filesize.
    But still im looking forward to samus Grin
