    i wasn't able to get my laptop looked at today and will try tomorrow. doubt i will be able to get it looked at since i have somewhere to be but i will try. as for the question:

    i was going to do both samus and zss at the same time but i decided to release as i finish.

    zss will he first since she is pretty much done. i already separated the other m gun into different parts and rigged it. may adjust the animation to fit the gun in an update but i will make sure it is at least placed properly in her hand. so after recolors she will be released. those will not take but a few minutes. will not do them today, i got off of the desktop to give everyone else the chance to use it. besides i just bought and started playing wind waker now.     i sent zss and samus out for lag testing.

    the layers i had for recoloring zss was sent out with her. just asked for those back and the next time i touch my pc i will recolor and release.

    layers for samus were lost but were easily done. when i get the chance i will make those, recolor, and release.

    SS link is next because of the incident. all his stuff are memorized so he will also be an easy release. all the weapons and stuff i had planned were stored on the desktop pc and moved to my laptop. all of those are still planned because i have them. only thing lost are: the rig, placements, and the mirror model base. all which can be done easily.

    for my zss alt i am using young samus, other m will be main. with BB new feature i shouldn't have any problems imporing her now. so she is after link unless someone wants something else i had as project. just name the person/project.

    gonna use new BB feature for less laggy ryu hayabusa. this is not the update i was refering to in the description, that update is still to come

    also, i always wanted some mario galaxy stages and because of a very nice person and a great tutorial i can get and make some myself. if you are or think that you would be interested you can check the spoiler. i will give my ideas and if you are interested in the stage you can make suggestions if you don't like my ideas.


    overview of the stage


    will have reflection of castle in the water



    if you haven't figured out it's peach's castle from SMG1. looks a little iffy because the view is from far back, it actually looks great
    stage will have night version only. got to find the background or make my own.

    (up to whoever would like the stage) fight placements can be:

    in front of castle
    third pic
    in air with a view similar to first/second pic. will be better angled though

    no delphino style, not gonna attempt that now

    there is also some stuff i have to find so i will update with better pics later.

    Not sure what you mean by the one on the left, leg, though I know about the one on the hand. Sadly, it was half because of the rig and half because of the hand being bent that much, but I've got a bit more experience with that stuff so I can fix it up now!

    yeah, it's the rig

    there's a whole where the legs meet. the black rubber part and the thigh. not noticable on a black background. i had to do some editing on the model to fit brawl samus and guess it didn't connect properly when i finished.

    the rig will be fixed maybe in update. i had a better one on my laptop but didn't get to apply it before incident. the model is not user friendly. Taiko knows, i'm glad that the render still came out good despite the rig though.

    idk but soon. not the same soon i have been using for the current other m samus and zss. got more work done on smash 4 samus yesterday than i did during both of the other m model's import process.

    I think the contrast between the bright parts and dark parts of the texture is too great.

    AS FOR PROGRESS

    yesterday i started the rig and that's pretty much done. just need to do left hand, pads, and the mid section. mid section is taking time because of that difference in models problem. after rig i will have to do few vert edits for arm joints and knees. then wield and normals. then it's in game testing for materials.

    UPDATE OF EVERYTHING MODEL HAS

    zss head
    two visors
    new textures
    uses specs maps
    spec texture unlike previous one
    metal box material
    new shadows just because
    proper sized arm cannon
    will do update to smash 4 arm cannon animation
    no lag (tested with 4 samus at high poly skyloft) no edits have been made

    probably more but i'm done thinking, so everything else will have to be found out or mentioned later.

    here is pic of up-to-date model with the new textures. GBC used the original unedited model for his screen Tongue


    i forgot a in between front and side view pic

    no progress will be made today because i don't have access to desktop computer. if i am able to get on later progress will be made. i probably need one working day to have it finished, but two to be safe. also the other samus i had planned will probably be discarded. tried my best to work with that old import and it's worse than the current samus. don't know what i did when i first imported to make it the way it is. so if anyone still would like to have it then i could re import later for better results and give out the current version. it can also use the smash 4 textures.

    While not a big problem, i would like to see the Wii U Samus' shoulder pads a bit bigger, just like in SSB4, great job, though!
