When I download a texture hack from brawlvault it comes with many files. For Example on this Cloud strife one I get FitIke.pac FitIke00.pac FitIkeFinal.pac FitIkeMotionEtc.pac and FitIke00.pcs what do I use? Whats the difference between .pac and .pcs? do I have to rename them at all? I've tried a lot of things and it still wont work for me  I see what you did there ...

There's nothing different between the pacs and the pcs files. They're just loaded at different times. As for the other 3 without the numbers, those would be used to modify a character's moveset.

Treat them like any other pac file.

Nothing is wrong with my setup i'm positive Renova gave me his setup and its basically the same as theirs.. I just cant get the hacks to show up. I insert the SD Card go to Homebrew Channel >> Gecko OS it says Code Found applying, then I go to character select choose the hacked character, choose a stage and nothing. I downloaded the .pac and .pcs and extracted them to the correct folder

Copy all of those files in the Ike folder. Every single one. Do not rename any of them. Just copy all the files like I said.

    X://private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/fighter/Ike

Open the code manager you downloaded yesterday.
In code manager click file-> open txt file and open the RSBE.txt file I made for you in the zip.

The txt file is located in the Codes folder in my zip.

After you open it with the Code Manager(also called Ocarina) you will see tons of codes with check boxes next to them. Make sure the check box that has the File Replacement code is checked.

Then click Store modifications. (it's the button on the bottom of Code manager).

Finally, click File-> Export to GCT (it may ask you to save or store changes, obviously say yes).

Then a small dialog box will appear. Click store to file-> choose your SD card-> choose the folder on your sd card named codes ( x://codes/ )

And save the file as RSBE01.

Do all of that, step by step and you shouldn't run into a problem.
