I don't know if I can share this... But I already have discovered the IDs of a code to change the franchise icon of the characters that appear on the Character Selection Screen and on the Results screen. The code is made by ds22 and I don't proclaim any of his work as mine.
So, let's get started. The only thing that we're going to need is this code:

XX has YY franchise icon [ds22]
    04455XXC YY000000

The XX is the id for the character you would like to have other Franchise icon, I don't know how to explain this but the IDs are these:
    61 - Mario
    62 - Donkey Kong
    63 - Link
    64 - Samus
    65 - Yoshi
    66 - Kirby
    67 - Fox
    68 - Pikachu
    69 - Luigi
    70 - Captain Falcon
    71 - Ness
    72 - Bowser
    73 - Peach
    74 - Zelda
    75 - Sheik
    76 - Ice Climbers
    77 - Marth
    78 - Mr. Game & Watch
    79 - Falco
    80 - Ganon
    81 - Wario
    82 - Meta Knight
    83 - Pit
    84 - Zero Suit Samus
    85 - Pikmin & Olimar
    86 - Lucas
    87 - Diddy Kong
    88 - Pokemon Trainer
    89 - Charizard
    8A - Squirtle
    8B - Ivysaur
    8C - King Dedede
    8D - Lucario
    8E - Ike
    8F - R.O.B.
    90 - Jigglypuff
    91 - ???
    92 - Toon Link
    93 - Wolf
    94 - Snake
    95 - Sonic

Note: I'm not sure about the ones over 89 and the ones above 80, if someone would like to do some tests, that would be awesome.

And the YY is the ID of the franchise you would like to have over the XX character. The franchise IDs are listed above:
    00 - Mushroom Kingdom
    01 - Donkey Kong
02 - The Legend of Zelda
    03 - Metroid
    04 - Yoshi
    05 - Dream Land
    06 - Starfox
    07 - Pokemon
    08 - F-Zero
    09 - Earthbound/Mother
    0A - Ice Climbers
    0B - Wario
    0C - Kid Icarus
    0D - Pikmin
    0E - Fire Emblem
    0F - R.O.B.
    10 - Metal Gear Solid
    11 - Game&Watch
    12 - Sonic the Hedgehog
    13 - Smash

And here are some examples of codes that I have been using and I'm sure that they work:
Pikmin has Metroid franchise icon [ds22]
    0445585C 03000000

Lucas has FE franchise icon [ds22]
    0445586C 0E000000

Diddy has Wario franchise icon [ds22]
    0445587C 0B000000

Rob has Sonic franchise icon [ds22]
    044558FC 12000000

The easier way is just replacing franchise icons in common5. Requires much less work and doesn't take up any space in the GTC.

Unless you ported a character to another character and want matching franchises like if you had Shadow over Donkey Kong, but wanted to keep Diddy Kong.

    Also, where is Jigglypuff's ID?

    Nevermind, I found it.

    90 - Jigglypuff
    92 - Toon Link

    Just tested them.

Hey, I don't mean to bump this extremely old thread, but I have a question regarding series logos that I feel is worthy to be added to this thread.

Project M gave Bowser one, so does that put him as "14 - Bowser" on this list? More importantly, if one would go about adding another series logo, would they just go beyond that number and add it as "15 - (new series)" and so forth? I think that makes sense to me.
