Im loving that middle Zelda and the striped Sonic is very appealing. Maybe fading Sonic's skin a bit might make it better?

I would like to suggest
Instead of slapping the PM logo on his back have replace all the starfox logos (sleeves, tags, etc) I it may be a bit more subtler but I think it would go a long way in terms of detail.
Maybe make the boot metal a faded blue.

So far it looks great Maybe make the inner cape a bit more purple? Or atleast a slightly more purple tint?
Also...
This is just random suggestion that just erks me about Marth capes so dont think this needs to be done but maybe make the logo a little transparent so it blends with the cape.
It kinda just seems unnatural for it to just lie there on top of the texture.

So heres what I did for Snake.

Mainly I worked with the PM grid background for the Gecko loader for his camo, Then gave the pads and gear a slightly purple tint Didnt put the logo on him yet, still thinking where I could put it. Headband?

That Snake looks great!
If you want to be subtle, maybe slapping the logo on the metal part of his gloves would look good.

Alright so I followed your suggestions, here is what I came up with:

I like the Marth that purple really does alot more to the texture. The cape logo looks a little too transparent. But dman man I cant wait to get my hands on that hack. 

Im gonna work Snake a little bit more to fixed up the brightness a bit.
I think I'll drop the logo some where  on like his gun holster+ or something. Though, if it looks too weird I may drop the logo idea completely.

Here's the original version with the logo moved up to cover the Starfox logo, looks better this way.


Here's the same exact version, but with blue boot metal instead, as suggested.

And here's an alternate with black feather color.

Loving the Falcos. Great job! Im so getting these. I cant choose which one. Maybe making his holster more visible by making it purple or blue. And a blue scarf I think will put it all together.
I really think this is all I need I really cant wait to play this, this came out so much better than I expected.

I actually thought about doing that, but I felt like it would be too much unnecessary color and I kept the scarf white because the main post said the colors were white, blue, purple and black. And my Falco was lacking white so I added the white scarf, anyways I'll start making the CSP's and whatnot, you can feel free to change the texture as much as you want after downloading it though.
