Mewtwo2000's Stage Thread - [Mute City released] - (20/06/19)

Lol wow.  That's actually what my camera's horizontal limits used to be, but after playing around with it a bit the DANGER graphic still came into view a few times, so I figured another 5 decrease wouldn't hurt.

Looking forward to the next release though.  I just really want those platforms to move :O

dam i love how the stages are animated. deff an eye catcher. will u be changing the platform for the ho-oh stage? doesnt really match IMO

Not releasing yet, but I bring you a gif image of it (making a youtube video only for showing the moving platforms would have been a waste anyway)



It's not finished yet, but this is what will mostly do. It will move as an elevator, independent of the players standing on it, and sometimes will crash. It will be repaired after a while, just as in the original one

It's a quite neutral platform, and I can't think of one better than this. A futuristic one like cruise's or one such as smashville doesn't match either, so wifi room, being neutral and with minimal graphical elements, is the best for my thoughs.

So I'm not changing it for now ^^U

Starwaffle gave me a model from a Klonoa game that could be useful to make a Fountain of Dreams stage

I worked a little on it, but I paused the process in order to advance in my other 2 projects, mushroom64 and fourside. I will continue it, of course, but it's in a really early state right now

I've taken a pic right now, it's almost the same as the last time I showed a pic at smashboards. Anyway, they clamed it to be awesome, but there's almost nothing done yet O.o

Are you gonna do a Lugia stage as well?

I would like to make it too, yeah. I wasn't going to because I thought BigsharkZ was makin it, but he said he was doing a Ho-oh AND Lugia stage, with an official artwork of some Johto city as the background. So he's not making a SoulSilver intro stage at all, and I would like to make it as soon as posible, yeah ^^U

That's because it IS awesome even though it is in the early stages of development
I really want to see the finished product dude
