    I just noticed that the sky for that stage is really epic.  Surprised it hasn't been used in any other levels by people.

    EDIT:  Actually, if someone just stuck Battlefield right above that Lake and kept everything about the Lake stage (and kept all of Battlefield's boundaries and collisions and whatnot), I'd be all over that.

    Hell, I might do that myself actually, if I could ever figure out how.

    my biggest problem with stage hacking is i dont know how to place and move things.. like so long as they are in the same place as they were in their original parts.. then i can do it, but if i try to move things, it F**ks up! Sad

    any tips on that mewtwo2000? somebody told me it might have something to do with the animation data, but i tried that and it still didnt work for me. it would help me a lot cause now i wanna start doing tekken 6 inspired brawl stages! Cheesy

    So you want a battlefield over the lake stage? It should be easy to make, I can make it for ya in no time if you want

    You need to have 1 character animation in the same modeldata as the models you're trying to move. Then, when previewing the model, select the animation on the right and the bone on the left, and make your moves. You will know it's fine because of the numbers getting yellow

    i seriously dont kno how the hell u call Fourside an early beta when its nearly perfect. yes there is stuff to add like the helicopter and others but dam u got the ufo, that still amazes me how u did that lol and yet again ur up late another nite

    Nah, I'm in a country where it's nearly 13pm now xD

    But last night I was here until 4am or something like that xD

    About the ufo, the amazing thing is that the collisions were made before brawlbox incorpored the collision editor. I had to get the model in 3dmax and figure out some points in order to make the collisions work properly. And the program at that moment, the brawlwall, didn't allow you to make new planes/points, so I had to make every single point/plane/object by hex editing

    That's why I used blocks without changing the size from the beginning. I needed to know exactly where the models were, because there was no previewer yet to see it. I've kept this since then, except for the monotoly building top, where I made some resizings in order to make the right roof bigger. But every collision still are made with mathematics, not by direct visualization

    I could say it's an early beta because of the lack of more background buildings, some unfinished textures (in the museum) and the crane and helicopter lacks. But yeah, I managed to make a good enough advance to make the beta looking really good, and I'm proud of myself ^^U

    I want to put together some pics I took during the development. I think it will be interesting to see how it was made in pics Tongue

    If I want to port Fourside over to Rainbow Cruise using a .rel file using the Stage Swticher, what would I choose as the original stage?? I already have something on New Pork City, so I wanted to move it.

    I chose Final Destination as the original, and made a dxcruise.rel. When I try the stage later on, all I get was a black screen with a random floating carpet. What's up with that?

    Did you put the .rel in pf\module?
    Did you rename it to STGDXCRUISE?
    Are you NTSC?

    The rel file must be named st_dxrcruise.rel, be sure you did it well

    About having already something in newpork, if you use dantarion's code, you can have fourside as an alternate stage for your newpork stage if you want. If not, a final destination rel file is fine to make it work in rainbow cruise just like you said
