Help!

Whenever I try to open my pac or pcs files and try to save, a window pops up and says: "Access to the path "...." denied or "the process cannot access the file. It is being used by another process." This just happened today! I don't know what I did wrong.  Oh shi~

    Probably your file is being opened/used by another program.

    No, it's not. I made sure that no other windows are open and it STILL won't work.
