Recently got into PSA hacking and I have some questions.. I know there are many guides but I could never find what I'm looking for. Undecided

1. How do I make a character's UpB go further? (Horizontally or Vertically)
2. How would I add invincibility frames to certain moves?
3. How do I add a hitbox? (e.g. Sheik's upB upon returning does not do anything. How do I add a hitbox to that?)
4. Increase the damage on attacks?
5. Increasing knockback on attacks?

Thank you. Smiley

1). That depends on which character you're doing. With Some Characters like Marth and Mario, their UpBs are animated using the TransN Bone as a way to move them. But characters like Sonic, Snake and Zelda are controlled by something else like Article Floating Points (which can't be access through Smash Attacks. Use BrawlBox or Article Floating Point Editor).

2). Add in a Body Collision Event, and set the Parameter to 3.

3-5). Add in an Offensive Collision Event. It is there where you can change the Damage and Knockback settings.

I guess there aren't any Starter Guides on actually using PSA... lol... But all it is really is Common Sense once you get to know what you're working with.

I was going to start by doing Link's before I moved onto other characters, such as Marth and Sheik.

2). Add in a Body Collision Event, and set the Parameter to 3.
I added in a Body Collision. Do I click State and change the value to 00000003? When I do so, I get the message next to the Body Collision saying: Intangible no flashing.

I wish there was like PSA 101 class. Being a noob at this isn't fun. Thank you for helping me. Smiley

1). Link's is controlled by Article Floating Points.

    2). Intangible meaning, untouchable.

I'm actually considering doing a PSA Class, but I know there other people with more experience who can do a much better job.

I like telling people things (which is why I respond to Help Topics... lol). But I just know that I'm not the best person to do it.

I'll probably be in the help section a lot, too. (Most likely asking for help rather then giving.)
