A question regarding motionetc.pac

Hi. I have P:M and I am doing simple texture hacks over it. I recently downloaded the Presea Combatir over Ike texture and I noticed it said you needed to use the given FitIkeMotion.pac to make her model smaller. I know that if you mess with the motionetc.pac, you mess with P:M specific things. My question is there a way to edit the P:M FitIkeMotion.pac and scale it down so Presea's model will be smaller?
