    Hi Grin I have successfully ported Rosalina and Luma over the ice climbers and made it compatible with(almost ) any of the movesets that are already over them(not their smash 4 psa since I have no clue how to psa)  Rosalina works perfectly and I'm just fixing some of her t-posing but she's mostly finished and Luma is really close to completion just a few more animations. Now for the issue:

    There is ONLY ONE thing that has prevented me from releasing this since almost 2 weeks now and this glitch happens with every psa they are over: LUMA has the running glitch

    Now before you say anything: I know why this glitch is happening I just don't know the effective way to fix this. I have a couple of options and I'd really like a second( or more) opinion.  

    My options

    1. trial and error with bone references

    The reason why Luma has this glitch is because all bone references are referencing rosalina i haven't tried setting the reference  to luma but I'm under the impression that that may only make Rosalina have the glitch instead

    2.re-rigging luma over peach's bones
    This option seems like it would be better but I think there are a few things that could go wrong besides the fact that I don't know how to rig.

    3. leave it as is and release it

    My least favorite option cause it would feel incomplete however if this happen  there may be someone who knows a work around solution

    4 YOUP OPTION(trust me it matters)  Awesome Face

    Please let me know if there's a work around or which option you think is best!

    you would be correct about if you changed the references to match the Luma that it would then just mess up Rosalina.  all you need to do is make the Luma's TransN match that of Rosalina's.  i'm assuming you're using the Peach rigged Rosalina, which has the TransN at 4, meaning the Luma's isn't at 4, hence the running glitch.  if it's current TransN is less than 4, just add a few bones before it, and it'll be fixed.

    the option to re-rig the Luma onto Peach's bones would correct this and other potential issues, unless you want to add in (i'm assuming again) a good 90ish bones so that the ThrowN is at 105, so that when throwing and being thrown it doesn't glitch out, and so that Luma can also hold items.  of course, that all depends on if you want to do the re-rig, or just slap in a ton of bones.

    As snoopy said you can just add dummy bones to get Luma's TransN and ThrowN reference to match Rosalina's, if it's a custom rig and not the same as Peach's then you can look at the bones in brawlbox and see where they are in the hierachy, just find those bones by opening up the MDL0's data with the + next to whatever the model is called, look in the bone folder and finally check the bone index that shows on the side when you click on the bone. (If you want you can even preview the model, open the model menu and right click to see the index) To add dummy bones right click and select "add new child" or use ctrl+alt+N with where you want it to be. (Pretty sure this works in pretty much any of the recent versions of brawlbox)


    I know this was already solved but just in case those are some details. =)

    I had already added the dummy bones to get luma working
    I will try the TransN method and get back to you later

    Ok so im Back.....

    Rosalina and Luma are well underway know and this isnt really a glitch or problem its more of a question: Is there any way to COMPLETELY desync the Ice Climbers?  This would help alot cause i could give luma more subactions and make them look like 2 different characters. If knows how to, it would be greatly appriciated!

    ummm..... i dont this counts as a psa thread since this is just a slightly modified sonic & tails PSa and i did have a question:Is there any way to COMPLETELY desync the Ice Climbers? 

    I was just showing that i actually did something. If this does count as a psa Thread can this be moved?
