Welcome to the new Project Mirage Recolor Thread! The last thread was outdated and needed attention so this thread was created for the continuation of the Mirage Project. In this thread, we'll create, post and compile recolors of the characters in Project M, to fit the mod's theme, hues, and layout; the dark purple/blue you can see in menus and artwork. This will work for anyone that has Mewtwo2000's cBliss Tool for extra costume slots. Anyone can join if they would like, just post a recolor that fits the theme (below) and receive feedback to know if there's something that can be adjusted. Happy Modding!! Here are some good examples of this project Characters highlighted in GREEN have been finished. Characters highlighted in YELLOW are in progress. Characters highlighted in WHITE haven't been taken. Characters highlighted in RED need to be reworked. Costumes: Stages: Pokemon Stadium 2 Scout owes us this stage. Brawl CSPs SJS CSPs I would also like to note that all models in this project have been taken from/is compatible with Project M version 3.02

Ah, finally! Perhaps I can be in charge of creating CSPs? Also, why not take the Lucario previews from the old thread?

The new lucario has blue eyes instead of red, and I want all of my previews to be 100% accurate. If you want to do CSPs then be my guest. Only, I request that you make brawl CSP recolors in addition to any other CSP styles you do. I've already made a P:M mirage roy CSP. Granted, yours would probably look better; feel free to make another.

It seems like you're a big brother to me now, scout. I haven't the slightest clue why.

I care for Mirage more than everyone thinks I do, when I started hacking, the mirage project was the first project I ever joined. And since my color blindness affect the purple side, its a personal achievement. In fact, tell you what, I'll take it back... I'll work for mirage: I did this way back when I just started stage hacking, I was new to the scene. I'm going for a vacation tomorrow, and I shall return August 8. If this mirage project is still alive or finished by then, I'm going to revamp this stage with all the knowledge I acquired until know. I will toss in some Smash 3 stuff into it too, and it will be the stage that I put the most effort into. If mirage dies again, I'll delete this stage from the vault. Sounds like a deal? I proceeded to announce Mirage fans on smashboards about the new project mirage.

The second one doesn't feel so mirage.
As for the first one... the first one nailed the pallete style. I need to see it in game though, For saturation.

I changed Luigi's colors a bit, but still, I liked the original texture. So I gave it to Mario:

I like them both a lot, but luigi usually has his hat and shirt the same color. I understand that you don't want him to look too much like the waluigi skin so try making his hat black while keeping the L purple. As for Mario, he looks good, but he seems a bit dark. Try making his shirt a lighter shade of purple. A possible mario alt could be to make his hat and pants purple, his shirt white with a purplish tinge like smash 64 link, and his shoes black. Seriously though, you're kind of a natural it this. I really don't know what to say about Lucas. Maybe black shoes, indigo socks, grey pants, midnight blue and light gray stripes? Guys! Don't be afraid to use a more red shade of purple! You don't have to be bound by the pallet shown in the OP, as some characters use more reds than blues.
