BrawEx I can't get more than 10 extra characters in Brawl totaling 50 characters

I need help with BrawlEx. Ive made 10 or more clones but once I get to 50 total characters Im not seeing any more mario slots which make up all the zeros in my code… I still want to get up to 100 characters in Brawl. Im working with a common2.pac. Do I need a different common file? Or do I need a different code? Thanks in advance.

You'll need to use the BX CSS Expansion v1.0.2.0 Stable to get more then 50 characters on the CSS.
It's on the same topic as the clone engine itself.

Does this involve using the cssroster.dat? If so, how do I use it?

Yes it does, and Sammi Husky did a tutorial on it.

Ok I thought so. Im having trouble getting the config utility to work properly because I use a Mac and I use wine to run the program. Every time I try to change the names on the cssroster.dat the utility refuses to save my change/closes. I think that's the only thing in my way. If you know anything it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

What do you mean exactly by changing the names?... You need to change the IDs around. Unless I'm misunderstanding...?
