how to upload a hack

i have make a shiny jigglypuff texture but how to upload the texture in brawl vault ?

You upload it to a file sharing website(Preferably DropBox), with the shared link, and upload a preview pic to a picture sharing website(Preferably Imgur), and then when you click Brawl Vault, click "Submit +", fill in the info, including description, links, etc., check the rules before submission(At bottom), and then click "Submit" and it should say,"Brawl Vault Entry created. Go to entry?" If you go to your Vault or if you click OK, you'll see that you successfully uploaded it.
