How do I make a simple PSA?

Allow me to be more specific. I'd like to make a simple Ness clone PSA. Sorta like Falco is to Fox or Ganon is to Captain Falcon. Y'know, different stats! I'd like a link to a tutorial on how to make a PSA like this because to be honest I have no idea how. I don't need to know how to do anything fancy like making completely new moves.

Sorry, could find this in any of the videos, but how do I change how much damage my clone's attacks do?

Go to the SubActions for the attack you want to edit, look for the Offensive Collision Events, And modify their Damage Parameter.
