Need help with Wii Scrubber[Solved]

I'm not sure if this is in the right board or not, but I need help with Wii Scrubber.
Here's the case:

I made a .iso of my Brawl disc on my computer.
I successfully extracted every single file that's in the partition, including the "__Syst" folder or whatever it's
             called.
I replaced like 100-200 or so files with texture hacks.
I know I have to use partitionbuilder.exe, and I know what to input for each part to make the thing for Wii Scrubber, and I know from here what I need to get, but I don't know where or how to get any of those files. I have the game, but I don't know how to get those resources, and I couldn't find out via Google.

Those files are in the iso and can be extracted using wii scrubber. Couldn't you just manually replace each file one by one as well?

I didn't see them in the iso anywhere; where are they located? And I wouldn't mind manually replacing each one individually if WiiScrubber didn't give me 4,000 warnings to click repeatedly. :facepalm:

Ahhh, by that I meant when the error pop up holding the enter key closes them as soon as they pop up.
