Okay, so someone suggested I should create a thread about scaling stages. okay, let's get started:

    Requirements:

    BrawlBox(possibly the latest verson): http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=207903
Stage Base(the stage you are working off of)

Alright, here's how to do it:

Step 1: Open up BrawlBox and choose a stage to use and scale, and right-click the model

    Step 2: View it

Step 3: Find the main animation the stage uses, find the main bone, and look for the numbers next to scale:

Step 4: Change the number to whatever size:

    Step 5: Open collisions box:

Step 6: Edit collisions(I haven't reached here yet, but this is NEEDED when scaling the stage, or the characters will go through the ground.

Step 7: Save and test in-game.

I hope this helps. Grin I will update this thread with a sample of my scaled final destination and more info.
