You Need a 2GB SD Card, if you are using disc, you need the last version of geckoOS.
if you use a usb loader, use usb loader GX, is pretty cool for modding brawl.
now, the download has a folder named "PF" and a .GCT file named RSBE01, make 2 folders, one named "Codes" and one named "Private" and place the RSBE01.GCT file in "codes" folder.
Open the "Private" folder and create a folder named "Wii", inside of "wii", create a folder named "app", and inside of "app", create a folder named "RSBE", move the "PF" folder from the download inside of the "RSBE" folder.
Start up the wii, for disc, use GeckoOS in Homebrew Channel, for usb, start USBLoaderGX and turn ON the codes loading in the options, Launch the game and enjoy.
