Project M: Replacing Jigglypuff's Fairy Costume?

Hi there I'm trying to replace the Jigglypuff fairy costume in pm with a certain other costume but for some reason when I replaced the texture, Jigglypuff still has the glitter effect on the back whenever she jumps or taunts from the left hand side... Can someone help me out here?
