Hi! So I want to be able to upload to youtube brawl hacks, music videos, turbo mode, and combo videos featuring different characters. I would also like to monetize the videos to make a little bit of money with ads on youtube. Is this possible or will my videos be taken down ?

Thanks!

Hacks: Fine. Videos: Fine. Advertising in general: Fine. Making money off of advertisements: Fine. Making money off of hacks: Not Fine. If you just want to make money via ads in general, and aren't advertising the hacks to make money, that's fine; but making money off of advertisements for the hacks would be the same thing as selling the hacks, which is illegal.

What if I just took game play of the official game? Like doing a combo video of link for example in smash wii u? Could I make money off of that using youtube?

That, I'm not sure about. I know that for some games, like Diablo III or League of Legends, there are professional players who make money by giving tutorials, but I dunno if the same thing can apply to Nintendo.

You better not be making money off something that's illegal, and not even your work.
