Well damn I can't use Anim8or on my com. I'll at least put a bunch of hats on Jiggz. And which one did you use? The first or second one.

Anyway, I think anim8tor can't select more than one vertex at once.

I've used 3dmax7 for it, it worked like a charm

The first dl had the original position. The second dl had the helmet moved down but nobody bothered checking for me to say anything about it. So I did move it but nobody seemed to care to see if that one was on her head. Not having Jiggs for my emu makes this annoying for me to check after all.
