Hi every one i'm yellowman3456 and i'm asking for help to program a project i have on mind named "balanced brawl"
but i don't know how add characters or change the knokback or the damage of the movesets.
I'm asking becose i'm an 14 italian teen so for me is hard to do this things and even talk is hard so some one can help me to explain how to istall and what iso or program i have to use (i'm using dolphin).
