I need to know WHERE are the CSS portraits and in game ones, and HOW to put them on there.

CSS:common5_en.pac located in the system folder+sc_selcharacter_en in menu2+MenSelchrFaceBXXX in menu/common/char_bust_tex

Just use brawlbox to put those css

I want in-game pictures, like when you're brawling and you see the picture of the character you're using. Also, the pictures like after you select your character, a almost full body picture shows up. It also say that she is player 1, player 2, etc.

For the ingame picture, you have to go in info/portrite and edit the infFaceXXX you wanna change

Character select portrats are in the common5, in sc_selcharacter_en/char_bust_tex_lz77.

Battle portraits are stored individually in a bunch of InfFaceXXX.brres files. You can download all of them here.

Note: the list in that guide will also tell you which character is in each MiscData in the common5.
