Just out of curiosity, what's the difference between a .pac file and a .pcs file and do you need both to get a texture to work?

I made a simple Mario texture, and when I preview it in BrawlBox it looks fine, but in-game it has a bunch of black shadow-y things all over Mario. Is this common? And if so, how do I fix it?

Well, all I know is that a .PCS file is a compressed file that contains textures, 3D models, and animations. A .PAC file is pretty much the same as a .PCS file, except a .PAC file is uncompressed. You need both of these to override a character's texture and/or model. Hope this helps.

How about asymmetrical textures, is it possible to make them inside of brawl box?
