Sorry for weird pictures, it's a Dolphin problem. (PSA still the same though)
edx originally made this PSA, followed by Chaotix37 editing it (and providing texture), and NeonGreen editing it again. I just requested it and posted it. Enjoy!

899 March 21st, 2013 [Character - Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA) - Olimar] well i done a psa for metal mario but ported to olimar!!
changes:
-metal mario defense is 150 (bowser has 120)
-metal mario´s shield is bigger
-metal mario´s jumps are shorter
-he has fire attacks (the hat boomerang,down a and down B)
-Down B last hit can k.o instantly
-Side B attack stun
