She's fixed! She can now walk normally, and even grab/be grabbed by other characters. Some bones are renamed, though, so she'll probably desync on Wi-fi. I still wasn't able to fix the Tingle-invisibility, though.
Samus is beginning to feel quite exasperated, because she's been pursued by Tingles for days! Perhaps one could view this as a metaphor for the internal struggles faced within her soul. Or something like that.
