[Character - Texture, Vertex, Moveset (PSA) - Mario]
this is the overpowered version of SMBZ mario PSA:
unlimited up-Bs, can use metal mario anytime and dont get 30% dmg on Down-taunt (if you dont press any buttom after cape is on/off) all dmg is boosted
