Wario eats garlic and gains... a bull-horned cap? From the series that inspired his Project M moveset, it's one of the main powerups from Wario Land 1 (also long sleeves). Comes with portraits, by default goes over black-and-white-colored classic Wario. Designed with P:M in mind, no bones were added or shifted, and thusly this skin should not desync (P:M) wi-fi.
