[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Lucario]
This Lucario is based on a Lucario with the Life Orb item from Pokemon. All move are 1.3x as strong in terms of damage knockback and knockback growth. In addition it takes 0.5-2% of self inflicted damage on every move. Works on vBrawl if you have the FitLucarioMotion.Pac that is included in the download. EDIT: I plan to fix this PSA to make it work properly (you don't always take the self damage). Will change the link when done.
