[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Pikachu]
As a seven year old, I played Smash on the old N64 as if it was the only game that existed. And I always chose Pikachu, and most of my time was spent in Saffron City, mainly just off of liking Pokemon back when it would come on with Yu-Gi-Oh at 9 at night and then on weekday mornings. I have since moved on from Pikachu, and I don't like Pokemon anymore - been a long time since I have, to be honest - but I made this in part as a bit of a tribute to those old days way back, years ago.
I don't use Pikachu anymore, but he is not forgotten. May this breathe new life into him, and may this bring with it good wishes for the future ahead.
