Update3! Fixed the download link again, sorry. The site I uploaded it to is now a ad-full site, so back to Mediafire it is!
Update 2! Please try and download this, I uploaded it to a site I found that is basically ad-free.
Update! Fixed a couple of things, made two or three attacks more powerful, and I edited the Final Smash to have a one in ten chance of being an instant KO.
Edit: If you're wondering why his Final Smash is so easy to dodge, it's because I thought that he should have a Final Smash like his normal one, but easier to dodge, because the rest of him will be overpowered. >:D
