This is the Terra Tower SSS (or Aqua Blue SSS if you prefer). It's based on a location within Terra Tower of Chrono Cross.
The second pic shows the image that rotates in the background.
The SSS has colors matching the background. And it also has many icons for cool Hacked Stages.
There is a Terra Tower CSS too.
Please PM me if you have problems with it. I will fix it right away.
