[Character - Texture, Moveset (PSA) - Fox]
This Is My First Character Thing ive upoaded, using Picano's Borg and EricYZ85's Dark Blue Fire as Bases. All of The Special Attacks have an Ice Effect And So Does the Attack 100 also the Laser kinda slows or stops the target from moving. Thanks to SiLeNtDo0m and KingJigglypuff for the info on the Sub Routines =D (Also i think i left my name on the back of this one i think i changed it tho if not and its a bother ill reupload [Again Mediafire Dun Work for me =<]) [iNoob i mean iAozy =P]
