- A bit random, but the Clone Slots text in the BrawlEx folder now notes who characters were cloned from, should you wish to 'borrow' them. (They should be accurate, but mistakes are possible!)
- Took quite some time, but the CSS has finally been reorganised!

Well, I didn't think I'd make it this far, actually. 6 months of work takes you far, after all. The first ever Cloud PSA on the vault with working Limit Charge Specials! And a Final Smash! And BrawlEx version!

So, now that PhantomWings has updated BrawlEx to a stable version of 2.0, I'm going to be updating my pack to a 2.0 as well, BUT I will be starting over again from nothing. I've no idea of when I'll actually get this done, but naturally this will also mitigate glitches, so until then I bring you the final release from v1.0. Please enjoy yourself and 'till next time!

- Renamed Ganondorf to 'Twilight Ganondorf'
- Changed Lucina's SFX around.
- Changed Pit's SFX around.
- Ike has been made slightly heavier, Quick Draw's mid-air slash no longer leaves Ike in a helpless state. Dash attack strengthened, F-Air has slightly less startup, All throws deal 1% more damage, First hit of D-Smash is slightly stronger. A attacks sped up slightly. Aether's aerial version has increased vertical and horizontal range, increasing recovery distance but making it difficult to connect all hits-- It's grounded version is unchanged. Counter strengthened. Fully-charged Eruption has more range, and deals 7% recoil damage, as opposed to 10%.
- Added 3 more costumes to Mewtwo, while changing the other 7 to the Smash 3 project's.
- Pichu has a new B-Air, which functions similarly to Pikachu's N64 variation, making it stronger and less laggy. New N-Air is a kick, similarly again to Pikachu's N64 variation, but it has been made faster and keeps at 14% damage the whole duration. D-Smash is no longer a multi-hit electrical attack, as it was in Melee. F-Smash now does several hits, again like it's Melee variation, although overall it deals more damage, still fairly easy to escape, but incredibly powerful. Grab range increased slightly. F-Air changed to a damaging single-hit, decent knockback, great for combos.
- Changed Toon Link's sword trails around.
- Added a Purple alternate to Twilight Link, changed original 6 costumes around, changed sword trail texture, replaced Zora Tunic with Hero's Shade.
- Added 4 more costumes to Bowser, while changing the rest to the 'Smash 3' projects
- Mario reverted to Brawl Mario, adding some buffs from Smash 4 and Project M. Added 4 more costumes, while changing the rest to the 'Smash 3' projects
- Doc Mario's N-Air endlag reduced, final hit comes out earlier. B-Air given semi-spike properties from Melee. U-Smash now spikes grounded opponents if it hits late, like Project M. Back Throw strengthened. Doc Tornado GFX reduced. F-Smash when angled up now deals the most damage, while when angled down deals the least, although it also paralyzes like Zero Suit Samus' D-Smash. U-Air deals more damage. Super Jump Punch is now a single powerful hit, similarly to Smash 4, but with a lightning element. Mega Vitamins act more like Melee, with a bouncier trajectory.
- Random minor glitch fixes.

v1.35:
- Replaced Ikana Valley with Battlefield Falls.
- Replaced Inside the Moon with Expanded Hyrule Field.
- Metal Cavern and Hyrule Castle updated.
- Last hit of Luigi's dash attack has been strengthened.
- Doctor Mario's Dr. Tornado is no longer an electrical attack. Super Doc Punch knockback reduced while adding a sourspot, similar to Luigi's. F-Smash sourspots removed.
- Lucario's Aura influence has been strengthened, he reaches a maximum power of x1.8, as opposed to x1.4, and minimum power increased to x0.9 from x0.7, Force Palm is faster and has more range. All aerials are faster. D-Air endlag reduced. U-Tilt is faster and has more KO Power.
- Added 2 costumes to Shulk, updated the rest.
- Sheik given her Project M moveset, although her ability to crawl and wall cling have been removed.
- Twilight Ganondorf given U-Tilt from Project M, as well as a new U-Smash, U-Air, F-Air and B-Air. All of his costumes updated to include the scabbard.
- Time Ganondorf has his old side special (Gerudo Dragon) from Melee, it also covers more space, so don't be careless next to edges. His Dark Dive's grab portion is faster, Aerial Wizard's Foot is stronger. His D-Smash now acts more like his Melee variation, being stronger and faster. His N-Air is now stronger like Project M. His F-Air retains it's stronger and faster Melee form. B-Air updated. F-Tilt is now faster. First 5 costumes updated.
- Falco reverted to Brawl Incarnation, but has a new B-Air which starts up instantly and is stronger, Reflector starts up instantly, and has a grander knockback. Runs and walks slightly faster. Slightly heavier. U-Tilt is faster and weaker with less endlag improving its combo-ability. D-Tilt reverted to it's powerful Melee variation. F-Smash has a faster startup and the sweetspot and sourspot are stronger with larger range. D-Smash given its Melee power and properties. N-Air starts up instantly and is faster, increasing it's usefulness. F-Air no longer has abysmal landing lag and is slightly faster. D-Air's sourspot has been removed. Fire Bird changed to a teal. B-Throw's konckback increased. Added 4 more costumes, while changing the rest to the 'Smash 3' project's.
- Brawl Pit given some of Pit's changes from Project M, such as the two-stage F-Smash, and some of his attacks featuring a Roy-style sweetspot, his moveset is largely the same though.
- Captain Falcon's Falcon Kick was buffed-- the grounded version of Falcon Kick has been strengthened, back throw was given more knockback, and deals 1% more damage. Forward and Down throws given less endlag, allowing for better followups. Knee of Justice is easier to land and deals 1% more damage. Falcon Dive starts up faster.
- Dark Pit now has his up taunt from Smash 4, huge thanks to 'Super tails srb2 fan' for letting me use it!
- Ice Climbers have a new costume.
- Snake has a new costume.
- Marth's sword trails have been updated to the 'Smash 3' project's. Last costume changed to Project M's Sigurd costume. 'Melee Red' replaced.
- Ike's counter starts up slightly faster, the attack starts up nearly instantly and ends a little earlier. Recieved a new costume. F-Air has a new animation, it's hitbox lasts longer and is a little faster, although it has less range. N-Air starts up earlier and has been given more range. N-Air, F-Air, D-Air endlag reduced. F-Tilt endlag reduced. Jab 3 is faster. D-Tilt endlag reduced, also sends enemies to a more upwards trajectory.
- Roy has a new up and down throw, and new grab animations. N-Air is now a single strong hit that degrades over time. His F-Smash, U-Smash and U-Air and now envelopes the blade in flames, for the F-Smash it leaves the hitbox out longer, but damage degrades after a little, for the other attacks it's just a visual effect. Roy has a new Down Special, Sol, which works very similarly to Ivysaur's Synthesis in Project M.
- Lucina's moveset changed to her Smash 4 moveset, although...
- NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHING! Masked Marth, Lucina's alias from Fire Emblem Awakening inherits Lucina's unique moveset!
- NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHING! Mia, the Trueblade from Fire Emblem inherits Marth's vBrawl moveset!
- NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHING! Mega Lucario from Pokemon!
- NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHING! Young Link from the Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask returns from Melee!
- More random glitch fixes.

v1.36:
- Replaced Battlefield Falls with Grounded Corneria.
- Mega Lucario shield size increased.
- Megaman revamped. CSP stuff changed up.
- Twilight Link's Down Smash now has a powerful semi-spike on the second hit. Dash jump attack now has a semi-spike when hit with the tip of the blade, and a vertical knockback when edged.
- Marth's Win 3 animation modified. Fully charged untipped Shield Breaker damage reduced to 25%.
- 'Final Destination' theme changed to 'Final Destination Ver. 2' from Smash 4.
- Time Ganondorf's Back Air strengthened. Back Throw endlag reduced. U-Tilt made slightly more effective. Up Aerial strengthened. Neutral Aerial sped up. F-Air stronger with less landing lag.
- Brawl Pit inherits Dark Pit's Silver Bow arrows from Smash 4, making them stronger but slower and harder to angle.

This pack, otherwise known as Cobalt Legacy, seeks to combine, and improve where necessary, through balance or overhaul, characters and assets related to them on the vault or in other builds, and potentially make more competitive versions of them for a tournament environment. The first beta of my ultimate smash mod for wii, I don't have much to tell the truth, I'll just explain what this is about.

It uses the base of virtualbeef The Ultimate CSProject Build v1.0, I know it is unstable, but maybe for the next beta I will change that, it is not finished at the moment nor do I know if it will be, but it is something I want to do, of the changes is that it has the vast majority of the characters, such as Bayonetta, Simon, Megaman, Byleht and others, but several are not finished and I doubt they are since I do not know much about backport, such as rosalina, inkling and banjo that at the moment There is the one from pm, although rosalina may soon make a better one, I don't know, and well, the errors there are are the following:

-Pit does not work
-Bayonetta, Inkling, Banjo, Mii Brawler, Pac-Man, shulk and maybe another one does not work their final smash
-Character summoning item causes game to freeze on certain occasions
-sometimes the game freezes when choosing a stage omega or battlefiel like peach castle
-Greninja and Mii brawler do not have a roster yet, they are the second Ike and Mario.

Now has the Side B and Neutral B from Roy First release as well as the new animations from Roy 1.25.

So what we have here is the ideal Roy PSA in my opinion. He has speed, a good arsenal of KO moves and combo potential. He's fast, and has close ranged attacks that hit hard. Now with his new Specials he is suited to fighting nearly everyone on the Minus roster.

PLANNED FUTURE
To include CSPs and BPs.

Lastly, there will be one FINAL Roy release by us sometime in the coming months. It will be the big V3 and he will feature the Double Edge Dance side B and chain combos. Just a heads up.

Quick update, now comes with a config file for reference or just to steal or whatever, since for some reason with a normal Link config in BrawlEx it killed the game. Huh. Apologies for the inconvenience!

I know I just redid this recently, but I need to redo it again. v4.0 WILL include stock icons, all character cosmetics will be rearranged to allow for extended costume options, and only the characters with the pink background will be included, it may not be up until next year, I don't know. I may do small patches for this now and then, but this is the last major patch of this version.

For those not on Dolphin, there is a character patch further in the description that will cause the Link's to instead pull out Toon Link's bomb, getting rid of that crash.

- TP Link's Ordon costume has unique sword trails. Now only uses a single set of cliff animations. Landing lags reduced. Has 4 new costumes, bringing him up to 14 costumes! Other 10 costumes updated.
- Young Link updated completely.

- Samus' cosmetics relocated-- There may be a few cosmetic oddities pertaining to this, such as stocks. Has 4 new costumes, bringing her up to 14 costumes!

- Pichu's weight upped by 5, making it 60, 1 more than it had in Melee. Shield size increased. Jab range reduced, however, it's trip rate has been increased (...although this probably won't matter unless I were to re-introduce trip chance on attack...) and is very slightly more spammable. A certain hitbox on down air now meteors, however, the size of the hitbox was reduced. Thunder buffed a bit, just a little bit.
- Mewtwo's costumes updated. Side special now makes the sound it should. Down throw and cliff get-up attack's GFX updated.
- King Marth's walk and run speed downed a little. D-Air landing lag downed, GFX things updated. Lose animation updated.
- Roy's cliff get-up attack hitbox timing fixed. New down tilt. 5 new costumes added, bringing him up to 14 costumes! Some animations updated, such as his walks and jumps. New dash attack, for the most part, it's slightly slower but more powerful. New forward tilt, it has less range, but can be cancelled earlier, a certain hitbox is now more powerful within it as well. Up tilt has less range, but is able to be cancelled a little faster. Now has 4 idle animations, yay. New left-facing up taunt. Side 'smash' taunt removed. Win 1/3 updated.
- Launch's taunts updated. Forward Air updated, has a second idle.
- Lucina's cosmetics relocated. Quite a few animation/moveset changes, SFX separated from Marth.
- Masked Marth has a new up air. Main sword trail updated.
- Mia has a new up air. Has a new dash attack. Has a new up smash. Forward smash updated. Has a new up taunt. Has a new down taunt. Landing lags reduced. Has a new win 1.
- Uprising Pit's up tilt GFX updated, 2 new costumes added, the other 8 updated.

- Pirate Ship has three new stage alts.
- Bridge of Eldin has two new stage alts.
- Swamp has two new stage alts.
- New Pork City has a new stage alt.
- Skies of Lore returns once more! Hopefully for a little longer this time, it and another variation are new alts of Skyworld.

- Better face morphy stuff so it coincides better with KTH's model updates, still not perfect, like victory stuff is sill a bit funky, but uh... better.
- Robin will hold onto whatever sword was used last, instead of always changing back to Bronze Sword after every animation that uses it is complete.

- Thunder chargeup increases in graphical intensity over time to help signify its different stages.
- Arcfire is sent further out.
- Bronze Sword can now be used during aerials, this is done via joystick sensitivity as opposed to how it's handled in Sm4sh, meaning you are able to choose whichever whenever, a bit difficult to get used to though, haha.

yay, Robin! ...a tad confusing that no one's actually attempted this yet, but uh... It exists now!
Let's see... It's only 'ish' due to limitations and stuff. No durability, if the Levin Sword can be used for an attack, it always will be used for that attack, no Chrom, so I needed to do a new final smash, all projectiles are fake projectiles, so they're kind funky and a bit improper, Arcthunder was cut since I've no idea how to make it work as a fake projectile, sorry. uhhh... Thunder can't be stored, it's all or nothing, like Marth/Ike's chargeups, Nosferatu can't grab things, but it will still leech HP if its hitbox connects. I thiiink that about covers it.

Robin is Male version, Reflet is Female version, PSAs and SFX are interchangeable, that is, for example, if you want Reflet to use the PM-ish moveset I did, all that really needs to be done is rename her 439.sawnd to 438.sawnd.

Robin's MotionEtc file is also identical to how Reflet's would be, so it being omitted is just to keep the download's size a bit.

Intended for use with BrawlEx, based off of Marth so if you do use BrawlEx, use his configs and module.

Screw attack for jumps, Up-B Screw attack is more devestating, 10 jumps (representing space jump...)
Speedbooster for run, and dash attack does more damage, supposed to be shinespark, but I can't do that without editing animations, so this'll do until then.
