This Gokario ia a "balanced" version of him, I say "balanced" because his neutral special on the ground will kill if----IF and only if he is able to pull it off. But as powerful as it is, you are unable to interrupt him during the attack. In the air, it is the normal kamehameha, you won't be able to do anything for a while, but he will stay put as he uses it. The final smash in the air is Gokario's signature move, the Aura-hameha

It is a really fantastic move, but it is not too strong until Gokario is at a critical damage ;)

Umm...Well I managed to get this to somewhat work. Super Gokario will have a more DBZ fighting style, so that would mean that he will need to power up to do most of his attacks including the kamehameha. These pics show what I was able to somewhat accomplish (it has issues and I am working on fixing it)

Everything that is there is real, and I am still trying to fix it, but at lease now Gokario will have a better DBZ aura!!!!! ;D

If someone can help me fix the kamehameha then Gokario will be fixed, and I will make a balanced one that has Lucario's strength, but with a tiny bit stronger in his normal mode and make his Kaio-kan mode do the full damage. It won't be too hard to make a balanced version when I am done with the DBZ version.

If you manage to, maybe you can make a red and thicker kamehameha(x10 Kamehameha), once it's charged up all the way.

That would require editing the external graphics so though the size can be done via PSA the color might require downloading one of the red auras on Lucario's aura hacks in the Vault. Hopefully the Kamehameha is part of the motion file.

When this released and Aafyre's PKMN vertexes are done I'm going to request a vertexture of Goku SSJ4(My persona) over Lucario. That's why I wanted a x10 Kamehameha. :)

Maybe you could give Gokario a move set like in Raging Blast. You won't be able to spam cause you'll gain power to use moves like the Spirit Bomb and Kamehameha and all. If you know about the Shadow the Hedgehog Mr.N made and how as he gained and gave damage he gained two different powers you'll know what I mean. This should have him gain power as he gives damage. The special moves would deplete it and if he runs out you won't perform the special even if you pushed the buttons. Different button press combos, like B+A, B+X, etc. make different moves.

The first charge should have him flash orange occasionally. Then MAX POWER, the final charge level should have him blink bright blue or have a yellow aura/flame like graphic with electric sparks surrounding him.

You can't change the color of Lucario's Beam. I've tried turning it red with Hollow for the Cero Blast, and it would just glitch or stay the same.

Wow, this moveset looks really amazing, but I'm still keeping Mewtwo because he's my favorite Pokemon. But I wonder what it would look like if Gokario (when it's 100% done) versed Fire Master Alixzander (when it's 100% done).

Well there was a power up animation for Goku and Vegeta on SSF2 so you could copy either Goku http://mcleodgaming.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Saiyan_Goku or Vegeta http://mcleodgaming.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Saiyan_Vegeta for the taunts or the FS if you manage to make a Super Saiya-jin form for Gokario.

This is what I have done so far, Gave Lucario a better waiting animation, a new taunt and two new victory poses (one where it looks like he is breathing!) and made a more balanced pac file for Gokario as well (I am still editing it so no download yet)

Yeah, since SSJs do a whole lot more moves than their original forms so it makes sense to make it separate. Also we don't know how to give someone an entire new move set just by taunting since we're still below that level of PC knowledge. Too bad >.<

@Ichig0 - It's not impossible, just really a delicate process

You know, something about Gokario seemed to be missing. His insane final smashes were good, his attacks were strong fast and balanced and he even had Kaio-kan......but still something seemed to be missing, something that was whad DBZ was known for.....Well I finally added it and before I continue I want to know if it's too overpowered for the balanced Gokario psa (which is what I will be using from now on because I really love it).

So how do you like this? (the taunt, victory pose, and the new side attack, does it look good enough for Gokario?)
Note: the Kaio-kan rush inflicts only 2% damage for EVERY hit, no more than that so please don't say things like "It's doing too much damage, fix it".

I've been working on part 2 but I was struggling to find a broken DBZ-esque moveset for when Gokario goes SSJ4.

I've been using a modified version of the master mewtwo PSA but that just doesn't cut it.

Gokario is now EPIC WIN (well he was always epic win but now he is even more EPIC WIN).  My only gripe is that I think that you should put some knockback growth onto the combo move.  It's badass and all, I just think it shouldn't keep them entirely in place like it does.  Though I really like the Win animation.  It's simple but it looks great ;)

@SDo0m InCaRnAtI0n - I set up the barrage of attacks to give no hit-stun, just a base knock back of 1 (meaning you can move out of the combo and even be able to attack Gokario, that's what ROB does when I use it on him) But still the knock back growth sounds good to me too. I'll put it on one of his attacks near the end or the beginning.

Here's ideas for

Neutral-B:
Starting Tap-Kai Blasts (you can spam it by pressing a lot/fast)

1st Charge-3 Kai blasts near each other.

2nd(Final Charge)-Kamehameha

This'd be a better feel instead of spamming a Kamehameha

@ SmashClash - that was what KingJigglypuff and myself tried for Gokario, we could not figure out how to give Gokario the Ki blast so we kinda just left it.  ;D

I was also thinking about Giving Gokario a Super Explosive wave like Goku's in some of the DBZ games and make it do 7 hits each doing 2-3 damage. I tried it in Brawl today and it worked, but then I thought that it would be perfect for a "Super" form for Gokario. Then for a final smash I can give him a Super Kamehameha if he stands on the ground and even make him do something really awesome if you press the b button near the end......hehehe another idea just hit me........ ;)

I am still editing some of his moves, I added a new effect to Gokario's down smash (the graphic really is fitting) and I need to fix the Kaio-kan version of it also

Also I manage to make Gokario FLOAT I THE AIR WHEN HE USES THE FINAL SMASH IN THE AIR!!!! But still sometimes he will float down, but I think I know how to fix it.

Then once I fix the rapid punch and kicks a little, I will release him.

I am also going to revamp his flying animation, there is a weird movement that I just have to fix.

Alright, I've been messing around with this PSA, and I must say, it's a blast to use. However, I have two questions.

1) Is there anyway to actually use the dragon punch yet, or is that coming in a future version?
2) I added the FitLucario00.pac/pcs to my folder, but it was the blue one. Which one is the orange gi?

So then I made Lucario's motion file get from 3620kb to 3001kb because of the way I saved it, but it still made Brawl crash hard into a wall face first!....(using my Wii to write this is really time consuming)

An example, one of my animations that has around 50 frames is.........48kb!

Try exporting all your custom animations to somewhere (ex make a new folder on your desktop), then put those animations onto a fresh unedited FitLucarioMotionEtc.pac.

I used the newest brawl box to make the new foward attack, (which has exactly the same amount of frames as the original) the new taunt (and it has almost the same frames as the one I replaced, then I made Lucario's original side taunt have 1 frame) a new waiting animation with almost 150 frames (and the second wait has 1 frame because I don't use it) and a new entry with almost 60 frames. (which is akmost 60kb)

I got it figured out, I have an animation with 101 frames but it's 4.5 kb!!!!!!!

It will take a while to fix him up, but since Lucario is my favorite character, it won't take me TOOO long

The final smash that I was planning at first failed miserably, but it was from the failed Super Kamehameha that Gokario developed his very own final smash.

Yes, but I found out why the files were so big, it was when I would paste animations it would lock in every single bone in the animation, when all I needed was to edit about 10 different bones. I even tried it with the new Brawl Box with (editing around 1/2 of Lucario's bones manually in stead of the copy-paste method I had been using) and I have an animation with over 100 frames and it's barely 5kb!

The best way to sum it up, I am editing a few hundred bones in an animation, and not a few thousand.

Try setting the Directional Influence Modifier at 1.

What do you mean by "they float up"?  Have you made sure that the knockback of the hits keeps alternating?  For example, you'd want it to keep changing from up and down or back and fourth and make sure that the DI multiplier is set to 0.

But also what I think I figured out was to give Gokario little to no hit-lag, while the person getting hit feels the full hit-lag. So I am doing some more experiments with it. ;)

Also, you should make his run(when in Kaio-ken mode) a red trail like Gray Fox's eye trace or the movie: Tron Legacy(You know how those motorcyclists have a streak/trail of their color.

Nah, I think you should make Brolox(Broly on Fox) and Frieco(Frieza on Falco). Keep Wolfgeta but instead he should be called Vegolf or Vegetolf.

Should I change his running attack animation? If so what would be best for the attack? (a reference would really help)

should his up smash be changed? If so to what (a reference would really help)

I was thinking about having the neutral air attack changed too, but I am still planning

Also what I wanted to do for Gokario is fix the kamehameha into a  20X  Kaio-kan kamehameha he won't be able to charge it or move when he used it and there would be recoil damage as well, but it will be stronger. Does that sound good? and when he is in the air, should he fire it in an angle?

I was thinking about making the side special a kaio-kan rush, he would pummel the opponent (if he grabbed them) and finish off with a powerful punch, does that sound good?

I did an animation for Wolfgeta's final smash, it is the Final Flash!

I will show some pics of it later today. Also I am trying to find a graphic to use as the beam, so any ideas would help. 

PSA wise, it needs a lot of work, but the animation looks pretty good .

Well I want to make some more move for him, like his side b throw, a new run and up attack a new neutral special. I plan on making the kamehameha into a kaio-kan X20 kamehameha which is what I am working on at the moment.

The side b throw will (hopefully) be a barrage of attacks

And I am still working on other move ideas.

I thought fluent meant something about being really good in language. Thank a Smash Boards poster for that -_- Well both meanings were what I meant. Water-like and "Go with the flow" both mean the attacks just roll on by easily, like if you just combo almost endlessly with ease.

Don't treat me like I'm dumb, I know what "A" fluid is. Dude, you need to lay off, I was using a different meaning of fluid. I didn't say anything about it being a fluid now did I? Putting "A" in the term fluid refers it to the liquid. No "A", as in my question "Will you make him more fluid in his attacks?" refers it to what YOU thought FLUENT means. *looks up definition* My reference is the same as the first definition shown here: http://mw1.meriam-webster.com/dictionary/fluent

So I did some messing with Gokario and I actually made him do exactly what I planned. If he is on the ground he will do a Kaio-kan kamehameha X20, It is POWERFUL, but really slow (starting and using it) When the special button is held down in the air you can have Gokario to hold until you let go (and he will float in the air too!) I just need to make some adjustments to some more things!

For Wolfgeta, I will be able to give him either  the Final Flash  or  Final Shine or Galic Gun. I might be able to give him 2 at the same time.

Gokario will have more moves as simmular to Goku's form some games. I also want to give him a Super Spirit Bomb Final Smash, one where he can fire a Aura-hameha at it to make it explode.

I am showing this because I wanted to know if this is something that people would want Wolfgeta to have. The only issue with the bullets that come out is that they come out about a foot above Wolf. I will be able to change the animations to something more better.

That seems more like the Rapid Ki Blasts move, which fits more on Gokario but if you make BOTH hands come together like that and rapidly come back and forth like the Super Energy Wave Volley move in the vid here:

If you want to know how I did it, it was just a motion edit no hex. The hilt is gone because it has a separate bone set from the blade and I set it to zero, made the sword trace......well that's still in progress and the "blade" is completely animated. It took me almost an hour to get it all to come together perfectly.
