Title: Stage hacking problem Post by: LKR000 on June 26, 2010, 08:26:25 AM The problem that I seem to have when I add a stage over another stage for instance, I tried adding one of the tales of symphonia levels over pokemon stadium (the melee one) and for some reason the background is black and there was only bits of the pokemon stadium level and no floor to walk on. The .rel file for that level was fine but I have no idea what may have caused this.
Another stage I just added a second ago was hyrule castle 64 and added that over hyrule temple. This stage actually worked but the background was still black when it should have been a blue sky background. I'm using Riivolution 1.2 if that helps, so if anyone has any idea whats going on please help. Thanks. Title: Re: Stage hacking problem Post by: libertyernie on June 26, 2010, 02:32:36 PM It sounds like you got the .rel file working but it's still loading Pokemon Stadium for the .pac. Make sure it's STGDXPSTADIUM.PAC.

Title: Re: Stage hacking problem Post by: FairKnight on June 27, 2010, 08:44:38 PM If you have any other problems with that ToS stage let me know (since I made it) cause it could possibly have something to do with data confliction between Pokemon Stadium and the ToS stage
Title: Re: Stage hacking problem Post by: LKR000 on June 28, 2010, 10:51:42 AM Well I've added different stages before like the blood air ship to the pokemon stadium level and it does the same. I don't know why hyrule castle 64 is almost working when I added it fine over hyrulke temple. The strange thing is though I could add levels perfectly before using gecko but ever since I changed to riivolution I haven't be able to add levels properly so I dunno whats up with it.
Title: Re: Stage hacking problem Post by: FairKnight on June 28, 2010, 11:47:24 AM I tested out the Pokemon Stadium with my little brother's SD card and it seems it doesnt show up for him too, so im guessing it has something to do with conflicting model data, because Pokemon Stadium really does not like to cooperate with .rels for some reason O_o
Title: Re: Stage hacking problem Post by: LKR000 on June 30, 2010, 08:12:47 AM Ahh right, good to know it's not me doing something wrong xD
Cheers for finding out the cause :P Title: Re: Stage hacking problem Post by: Wasabi_Skillz on July 04, 2010, 06:23:58 AM oh dude. just name it STGDXPSTADIUM_en.PAC
with Riivolution you have to have all the _en labels on the files that had them originally. so you'd have to do the same if you replaced a stage like Onett. |
