sorry i hate to ask this but where can i find one?

i looked in the tutorial and nothing, so i was wondering if you guys could help.

I already got the texture done and stuff i just need SSBBinsert apparently (trying to follow the tutorial)

You could use SSBBarc.SSBBinsert was just renamed to SSBBarc.

It's a command line utility, so...

Have to figure it out from there :D

(Hint: type in the exe name alone for parameters / arguments)
